Eligibility: You are eligible to enter this contest if you are ordinarily resident in Saskatchewan and are over the age of majority in your province of residence, as long as neither you nor any person you live with is an employee, representative, or agent of (a) SkipTheDishes, (b) the Roughriders, or (c) any of the aforementioned parties’ affiliates or advertising or promotion agencies.

Entry: No purchase necessary. To enter, during the Contest Period Below, complete and submit the entry form at http://win.skipthedishes.com/roughriders/ during the Contest Period, including your correct contact information as requested in the form.

Each completed entry form that we receive from an eligible entrant during the Contest Period will constitute one (1) entry (a “Form Entry”).

After you have submitted a Form Entry, you may obtain additional entries as follows:

(a) You will obtain one (1) additional entry (an “RFR Entry”) if you refer a friend to this contest by sharing with them the unique link found on the webpage that appears after you have submitted your Form Entry, if that friend subsequently uses the link to submit a Form Entry. Each additional friend that you successfully refer will grant you an additional entry, up to a total limit of five (5) RFR Entries; and

(b) You will obtain two (2) additional entries upon completing one of the following steps (for clarity, you will obtain the maximum of two (2) entries upon completing one of the steps below and will NOT be granted additional entries for completing both steps): (i) follow the instructions in the webpage that appears after submitting your Form Entry to download the download the SkipTheDishes app onto the same Android or iPhone device from which you submitted the Form Entry, (each a “Download Double Entry”) or (ii) handwrite your name, complete mailing address, email address, a statement confirming whether you are over the age of majority, and an essay of between 50 to 100 words telling us about how SkipTheDishes enhances your game day experience, on a plain piece of paper and mail (with sufficient postage) to SkipTheDishes, 7th Floor, 423 Main St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 1B3 to the attention of “Roughriders Contest Entry 2019” (each a “Mail-In Double Entry”). Each Mail-In Double Entry must be submitted in a separate, sealed envelope, and the contact information must exactly match the information in the Form Entry.

Each Form Entry or RFR Entry that is received from an eligible entrant in compliance with the foregoing requirements and the other requirements of these rules constitutes one (1) entry (an “Entry”).

Each Download Double Entry or Mail-In Double Entry that is received from an eligible entrant in compliance with the foregoing requirements and the other requirements of these rules constitutes two (2) Entries.

Form Entries, Mail-In Double Entries, and any accompanying materials are governed by SkipTheDishes’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, will be deemed to constitute User Content submitted to the Skip Platform for the purposes of the Terms of Service, automatically become the property of SkipTheDishes, and will not be returned. We are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, misdirected or postage-due Mail-In Double Entry requests.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) Form Entry, five (5) RFR Entries, and one (1) of either a Download Double Entry or a Mail-In Double Entry per person. If a participant submits entries above this limit, we may choose to void the entries above the limit, or all that participant’s entries, at our discretion.

Contest Period: The contest is open from Monday, October 7, 2019 until Monday, October 21, 2019  at 6:00 p.m. Saskatchewan time (the “Contest Period”). Order Entries must be placed during the Contest Period. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period, and received by 10:00 a.m. Winnipeg time on the Draw Date indicated below. Check with Canada Post to ensure that your Mail-In Entry will meet the postmarking requirements.

Selection of Winners: We will randomly draw one (1) Entry (the “Selected Entry”) at noon Winnipeg time on Friday, October 25, 2019 (the “Draw Date”), in our Winnipeg offices. We will contact the person who submitted that Entry (the “Selected Entrant”) at the email address, telephone number, or other contact information indicated in the Form Entry associated with the Selected Entry, and will ask the Selected Entrant to solve a mathematical skill-testing question. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to require the Selected Entrant to return a completed declaration of eligibility and compliance with these rules (a “Declaration”) signed by themself and a liability release (a “Release”) signed by and in respect of themself and each guest which they intend to bring to the Game (as defined below), before being declared a Winner. If the Selected Entrant correctly answers the skill-testing question and returns the completed Declaration and Releases (if and as required by us), and has complied with these rules, we will declare them the winner (the “Winner”).

If we do not receive a response from the Selected Entrant including a correct answer to the skill-testing question and the completed Declaration and Releases (if and as required by us) within forty-eight (48) hours, we may void that Selected Entrant’s entry and draw a new one, repeating this process as needed (with a shorter response deadline, if we deem it necessary) until we have declared one Winner in accordance with this paragraph. 

Prizes: The Winner will receive a prize package consisting of: (a) tickets for the Winner and three (3) guests (total of 4 tickets) to the Saskatchewan Roughriders football game on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Mosaic Stadium in Regina, Saskatchewan (the “Game”), in the Pil Country section (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $31 per ticket or $124 total) (b) sideline VIP passes for the Winner and three (3) guests (total of 4 passes) to watch the warm-ups before the Game (ARV $50 per pass or $200 total) (c) a Roughriders merchandise package consisting of four (4) Roughriders-branded toques (ARV $39.99 per toque or $159.96 total); and (d) $200 in Skip credits (collectively the “Prize”).

Tickets, VIP Passes, and toques must be picked up at the stadium on the game day, with identification that matches the name on the entry form. A SkipTheDishes account is required to receive Skip Credits and can be created for free. Skip Credits will be deposited into the Winner’s SkipTheDishes account based on the user identification information provided by the Winner. There is one (1) Prize to be won, and the chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries that we receive. The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $684 CAD. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted, except at our option. In no event will more than one (1) Winner be declared or will more than one (1) Prize be issued. For clarity, the Winner and their guests are responsible for transportation to and from the Game, and no lodging or meals will be provided.

Skip Credits are redeemable toward eligible purchases made through the SkipTheDishes platform by users with a SkipTheDishes account, never expire, cannot be exchanged for cash or returned, and have no service fees (regular delivery fees and other fees may apply). Limitations of Liability and Indemnity. By entering the contest, you agree to these rules, the Skip Social Code, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THOSE TERMS INCLUDING THE LIABILITY-RELATED TERMS CONTAINED THEREIN APPLY TO THIS CONTEST. THIS INCLUDES SECTIONS 9, 10, AND 12 OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH LIMIT OUR LIABILITY AND REQUIRE THAT ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN US BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT BY CLASS PROCEEDINGS OR OTHER COURT PROCESS. PLEASE REVIEW THE APPLICABLE TERMS FOR COMPLETE DETAILS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE LIABILITY-RELATED PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ALL PARTICIPANTS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST EXCEED $864 CAD, NOR WILL OUR LIABILITY TO ANY INDIVIDUAL CONTEST PARTICIPANT INCLUDING THE WINNER EXCEED $684. SKIPTHEDISHES HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE SAFETY OF WINNERS OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES AT OR IN TRANSIT TO OR FROM THE GAME AND/OR THE STADIUM, AND YOU RELEASE SKIPTHEDISHES FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE) IN CONNECTION WITH THE REDEMPTION AND/OR USE OF A PRIZE BY YOURSELF OR ANY OTHER PERSON. YOU HEREBY INDEMNIFY SKIPTHEDISHES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND/OR LOSSES WHICH MAY BE MADE AGAINST OR SUSTAINED BY US ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR REDEMPTION OF A PRIZE (INCLUDING ATTENDANCE AT THE GAME) BY YOUR YOURSELF, BY YOUR GUEST, OR BY ANY OTHER PERSON WITH YOUR PERMISSION OR ACQUIESCENCE.

Additional Terms. By entering, you represent to SkipTheDishes that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in these rules. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (including a Selected Entrant or a Winner) and revoke their prize for fraud, submission of offensive or illegal content or any other content referred to in clauses A through J of paragraph I.6(d)(i) of the General Terms of our Terms of Service, or for otherwise violating these rules or our Terms of Service. Automated entries are prohibited, and we reserve the right to void them. This contest is governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Saskatchewan. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel this contest for any reason.

Errors and Malfunctions: Neither SkipTheDishes nor any of our affiliates (collectively, the “Skip Group”) are responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any internet connection, computer systems, networks, servers, software, hardware, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, nor for any postal delays or disruptions or anything else that prevents us from receiving an Entry within the time period required by these rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning Entry will be deemed to have been made by (a) the authorized holder of the SkipTheDishes account at the time the Entry was submitted, in the case of an Order Entry, or (b) the individual identified in the Mail-In Entry, in the case of a Mail-In Entry. The Skip Group is not liable to any person for any loss whatsoever (including but not limited to any failure to receive a prize) which results wholly or in part from any erroneous or misleading contact or identity information provided to us in a SkipTheDishes account or a Mail-In Entry or from any purported transfer of or change made to a SkipTheDishes account. You must comply with our Terms of Service and take adequate precautions to preserve the security of your account at all times.

Third Party Release: This contest is in no way conducted, sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third-party social media service on which it may be promoted, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. By entering this contest, you completely release Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter from all claims based on, relating to, or arising from this contest and any other liability whatsoever in connection with this contest.
