Official Rules

Important: These rules include provisions that limit our liability and that may require that any dispute related to this contest be resolved individually by way of arbitration and not by way of class action or court proceeding. See paragraph 13 for more information. Contest ends May 15, 2023 and draw is May 23, 2023. If we draw your name, you must respond within 24 hours or risk forfeiting the prize. Required response time may change due to game schedule.

  1. Contest Sponsor.  This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by SkipTheDishes Restaurant Services Inc., 410-242 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0T8 (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, “Skip”, or “SkipTheDishes” in these rules).

  2. Eligibility. You are eligible to enter this Contest if you are ordinarily resident in Canada (including Quebec) and are over the age of majority in your province of residence, as long as neither you, any person you live with, or any member of your immediate family (spouse, common-law partner, parent, child, or sibling) is an employee, officer, director, or representative of (a) SkipTheDishes, (b) the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC (the foregoing NHL entities, collectively the “NHL Entities”), or (c) any of the aforementioned parties’ affiliates or advertising or promotion agencies. Additional eligibility requirements apply depending on whether you participate as a consumer, as a restaurant, or as a courier, as further set out below under “Participation Classes”.

  3. Participation Classes. Participation in this Contest is available through three (3) classes: as an individual consumer, with or without a purchase (a “Consumer Entrant”), as a sole proprietor, partnership, or corporation that operates an Eligible Restaurant as further defined below (a “Restaurant Entrant”), or as an eligible courier on the SkipTheDishes network (a “Courier Entrant”).

    (a) Each Consumer Entrant must be a natural person (i.e., an individual, not a corporation). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Consumer Entrant, the Consumer Entrant will be deemed to be the authorized holder of the SkipTheDishes account at the time the Entry was submitted, in the case of an Order Entry (as further defined below), or the individual identified in a Mail-in Entry (as further defined below), in the case of a Mail-in Entry.

In case of a dispute as to the identity of a Restaurant Entrant, the Restaurant Entrant will be deemed to be the contracting party identified in our restaurant agreement for the Eligible Restaurant.

    (c)  Courier Entrants must have a fully onboarded courier account with SkipTheDishes as of the start of the Contest Period in order to participate. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Courier Entrant, the Courier Entrant will be deemed to be the authorized holder of the SkipTheDishes account at the time the Entry (as further defined below) was submitted.

  4. Consumer Entry. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To enter as a Consumer Entrant, either:

    (a) during the Contest Period described below, use the voucher code STANLEY when you place any order from an Eligible Restaurant through SkipTheDishes within Canada, while logged into your own SkipTheDishes account. Subject to the entry limits described below under “Entry Limit”, each order that we receive in accordance with the requirements of this section and the rest of these rules constitutes an “Order Entry”. We reserve the right to disqualify Order Entries if the associated order is cancelled, not paid in full, or is not completed; or

    (b) handwrite (i) your name, (ii) your complete mailing address,  (iii) your email address, (iv) a statement confirming whether you are of the age of majority in the province where you reside, and (v) a unique and original essay of between fifty (50) to one hundred (100) words telling us how SkipTheDishes would form part of your ideal game day plans, on a plain piece of white paper, place in a sealed mailable envelope with no other contents, and mail (with sufficient postage) to SkipTheDishes, 7th Floor, 351 King St. E, Toronto, ON M5A 2W4, to the attention of “WIN YOUR WAY TO THE CUP CONTEST”. Subject to the entry limits described below under “Entry Limit”, each order that we receive in accordance with the requirements of this section and the rest of these rules constitutes a “Mail-in Entry”.

Mail-in Entries and any accompanying materials are governed by SkipTheDishes’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and will be deemed to constitute User Content submitted to the Skip Platform for the purposes of the Terms of Service. By submitting a Mail-in Entry, you grant us a licence to use it in accordance with our Terms of Service. Mail-in Entry (or other Entries) that contain objectionable content or that otherwise violate our Terms of Service may be disqualified by us in our sole discretion. Please review the portions of our Terms of Service that govern User Content to understand what we consider objectionable content. We are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, corrupted, misdirected, postage-due, or otherwise unusable Mail-in Entry requests. Each Mail-in Entry must be mailed in a separate, postage-paid envelope. Any personal information that you provide to us in your Mail-in Entry in fulfillment of the requirements of this paragraph will be used solely for the purpose of properly administering this Contest, including verifying the authenticity and eligibility of your Mail-in Entry and fulfilling your prize if you become a Winner (as defined below), in compliance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to that use.

  5. Restaurant Entry. To enter as a Restaurant Entrant, during the Contest Period, a duly authorized representative of the Restaurant Entrant must complete the online form at https://secretsauce.skipthedishes.com/2023/04/nhl-contest-2023/, following the instructions on that page. Subject to the entry limit described below under “Entry Limit”, each form completed in accordance with the instructions on that page and the remainder of these rules constitutes a “Restaurant Entry”. Any personal information provided in a Restaurant Entry will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  6. Courier Entry. To enter as a Courier Entrant, during the Contest Period, complete the online form at https://insidetrack.skipthedishes.com/2022/05/deliver-yourself-to-the-cup/, following the instructions on that page. Subject to the entry limit described below under “Entry Limit”, each form completed in accordance with the instructions on that page and the remainder of these rules constitutes a “Courier Entry”. Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  7. Entry Limit. Order Entries, Mail-in Entries, Restaurant Entries, and Courier Entries may be collectively referred to as “Entries” and each an “Entry”.

There is a limit of three (3) Entries per person per day in the Consumer Entrant class (regardless of whether these are Order Entries, Mail-in Entries, or a combination of the two). After the first three (3) Entries in the Consumer Entrant class have been received by us in a day from a Consumer Entrant, any subsequent Entries in the Consumer Entrant class within that day from the same entrant are subject to disqualification by us without notice.

There is a limit of one (1) total Restaurant Entry per Eligible Restaurant, and one (1) total Courier Entry per person as a Courier Entrant. Any subsequent Entries from the same entrant, in the same entry class, are subject to disqualification by us without notice.

We reserve the right to further disqualify any Entries from any person who exceeds any Entry limit, if we determine that it is necessary to do so to fairly administer the Entry limit. Some examples of where we may do so include where Entrants try to evade the measures we use to detect Entry limit violations, or where Entrants flood us with ineligible entry attempts.

  8. Contest Period. The Contest is open from April 17, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. PDT until May 15, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT. Order Entries must be received by us during the Contest Period and must be placed for delivery or pick-up during the Contest Period. Restaurant Entries and Courier Entries must be received by us during the Contest Period. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period and received by us no later than 11:30 a.m. EDT on May 22, 2023. Check with Canada Post to ensure that your Mail-In Entry is properly postmarked.

  9. Selection of Winners - Consumer Entrants. On May 23, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) EDT, at 351 King St. E in Toronto, we will combine all Order Entries and Mail-In Entries into a single pool and draw one (1) Entry from that pool (the “Selected Consumer Entry”) to determine a “Selected Consumer Entrant”. We will contact the Selected Consumer Entrant at the email address or telephone number indicated in their SkipTheDishes account (for Order Entries) or in their Mail-in Entry form (for Mail-in Entries) and ask them to solve a mathematical skill-testing question, return a signed declaration of eligibility including a liability and publicity release (a “Declaration and Release”), and provide any information we require for travel booking purposes including their full name and that of their desired guest. If the Selected Consumer Entrant successfully solves the question, returns the signed Declaration and Release, provides us with all information that we require as set out above, and has complied with these rules, we will declare them a winner (the “Consumer Winner”).

If we do not receive a response from the Selected Consumer Entrant including a correct answer to the skill-testing question, a signed Declaration and Release, and the other information set out above within twenty-four (24) hours from our first attempt at contacting them, we may disqualify the Selected Consumer Entrant from the Contest and draw a separate new Entry to designate a new Selected Consumer Entrant, repeating this process (for two further times, as explained below) as needed until we have declared a single Consumer Winner in accordance with this section. If we need to re-draw the Selected Consumer Entrant, we may shorten the response time to less than twenty-four (24) hours, as required to ensure that we can award the prize in time. If we are unable to declare a Consumer Winner after attempting to contact three (3) Selected Consumer Entrants in accordance with this section, we may decide not to select a Consumer Winner and are entitled to dispose of the prize that was originally intended for the Consumer Winner as we may determine at our sole discretion.

  10. Selection of Winner - Restaurant Entrants. On May 23, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) EDT, at 351 King St. E in Toronto, we will randomly draw one (1) Restaurant Entry. We will contact the Eligible Restaurant who submitted that Restaurant Entry (the “Selected Restaurant Entrant”) using the email address or phone number provided in the Restaurant Entry or in our account records for that Eligible Restaurant. If there are multiple contact persons or contact methods that we could use to contact a Selected Restaurant Entrant, we are entitled to exercise our discretion in determining who to reach out to, and in particular we are entitled to defer to a person who reasonably believe is a main decision maker for the Selected Restaurant Entrant. We will ask the Selected Restaurant Entrant to solve a mathematical skill-testing question, return a signed Declaration and Release, and provide any information we require for travel booking purposes including the full names of the Selected Restaurant Entrant’s two (2) desired travellers. If the Selected Restaurant Entrant successfully solves the question, returns the signed Declaration and Release, provides us with all information that we require as set out above, and has complied with these rules, we will declare them a winner (the “Restaurant Winner”).

If we do not receive a response from the Selected Restaurant Entrant including a correct answer to the skill-testing question, a signed Declaration and Release, and the other information set out above within twenty-four (24) hours from our first attempt at contacting them, we may void that Selected Restaurant Entry and draw a new one, repeating this process as needed until we have declared a single Restaurant Winner in accordance with this section. If we need to re-draw the Selected Restaurant Entrant, we may shorten the response time to less than twenty-four (24) hours as required to ensure that we can award the prize in time.  If we are unable to declare a Restaurant Winner after attempting to contact three (3) Selected Restaurant Entrants in accordance with this section, we may decide not to select a Restaurant Winner and are entitled to dispose of the prize that was originally intended for the Restaurant Winner as we may determine at our sole discretion.

  11. Selection of Winner - Courier Entrants. On May 23, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) EDT, at 351 King St. E in Toronto, we will randomly draw one (1) Courier Entry. We will contact the person who submitted that Courier Entry (the “Selected Courier Entrant”) at the email address or phone number indicated in their Courier Entry and ask them to solve a mathematical skill-testing question, return a signed Declaration and Release, and provide any information we require for travel booking purposes including their full name and that of their desired guest. If the Selected Courier Entrant successfully solves the question, returns the signed Declaration and Release, provides us with all information that we require as set out above, and has complied with these rules, we will declare them a winner (the “Courier Winner”). If we do not receive a response from the Selected Courier Entrant including a correct answer to the skill-testing question, a signed Declaration and Release, and the other information set out above within twenty-four (24) hours from our first attempt at contacting them, we may void that Selected Courier Entrant’s Entry and draw a new one, repeating this process (for two further times, as explained below) as needed until we have declared a single Courier Winner in accordance with this paragraph. If we need to re-draw the Selected Courier Entrant, we may shorten the response time to less than twenty-four (24) hours as required to ensure that we can award the prize in time.  If we are unable to declare a Courier Winner after attempting to contact three (3) Selected Courier Entrants in accordance with this section, we may decide not to select a Courier Winner and are entitled to dispose of the prize that was originally intended for the Courier Winner as we may determine at our sole discretion.

  12. Prizes. The Consumer Winner, Restaurant Winner, and Courier Winner (each a “Winner”) will each receive a prize consisting of (a) a pair of tickets to a 2023 Stanley Cup® Final game to be selected by Skip based on game schedule and availability of tickets (the “Game”) (approximate retail value $2000 per pair), (b) a $250 Skip gift certificate, (c) round-trip economy air transportation for two (2) persons, from a major airport with scheduled air service near the Winner’s residence within Canada, to a major airport with scheduled air service near the Game location, for the Game day, or other means of transportation from a point of departure near the Winner’s residence to a point of arrival near the Game location if more reasonable (approximate retail value will vary depending on Game location and Winner’s place of residence - see chart below), and (d) standard hotel accommodation for two nights (one room, double occupancy - approximate retail value $1,200). We reserve the right to select different Games for different Winners.

The estimated total value of the prize is approximately $5,080.00. Because the exact date, location, and ticket cost of the Game depends on the 2023 Stanley Cup® Playoffs results and the 2023 Stanley Cup® Final schedule, which cannot be predicted in advance, all travel and Game-related approximate retail values provided in these rules are reasonable estimates only. In particular, the value of the transportation component of each prize will depend on the Winner’s location, the Game date and location, and the cost of airfare or other means of transportation on the relevant travel dates at the time we are able to book transportation. The following table provides examples of how transportation value may vary. Actual transportation value may differ from that given in the table below. To determine an estimated total value of a prize based on the city pairs below, take the relevant value from the table and add $3,450 (which is the estimated value of each prize excluding transportation). Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded and any difference will not be refunded. Destination cities shown below are for illustrative purposes only and are not predictive of actual Game location. Not all possible departure cities are listed below and Winners living elsewhere in Canada will receive transportation from a point of departure nearer to them.

Winners and their guests will be required to consent to us providing their personal information to the NHL, transportation service providers, or other service providers as required for the purpose of prize delivery. If guest is a minor, a valid consent letter from the minor guest’s parent or legal guardian may be required, including a consent letter from the other parent where the minor guest is to travel with one (1) parent. Winners and their guests are subject to and must comply with all applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and requirements of the event venue, transportation providers, and other service providers involved in providing the prize, at their own expense, including but not limited to (i) applicable health and safety requirements such as immunizations, personal protection equipment (e.g. masks), medical testing, and quarantine/isolation requirements, (ii) customs and immigration requirements if the Game is played in the United States, including holding a valid passport, obtaining any required visa, and meeting any other admissibility requirements, and (iii) providing a major credit card at hotel check-in. We reserve the right to void Entries, cancel awarded prizes, and/or re-distribute or otherwise dispose of any Prizes as we may determine in our sole discretion, if we reasonably determine that a Winner or their guest is unable to or does not intend to comply with any such requirements or otherwise will not claim the prize or attend the Game.  For clarity, Winners and their guests are subject to the service provider’s policies regarding reasonable accommodation in respect of health and safety requirements and other service provider requirements. Winners and their guests are responsible for obtaining any insurance which may be advisable for their travels at their own cost, including trip and cancellation insurance and travel health insurance.

Expenses not expressly included are the sole responsibility of Winners. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted. We reserve the right to designate all flight itineraries and particulars. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice and we will not be liable for any missed opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/travel restrictions/delay or ground transportation delay.  If a Winner and/or guest(s) are not able to participate in any portion of a prize, that unused portion will not be substituted for cash or in any other way. We and the NHL Entities make no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to the safety or performance of the trip/travel services package or any component thereof. We are entitled to require that Winners and their guests travel on the same itinerary. Once a Winner has identified a guest when requested by us in accordance with these rules, that guest cannot be changed without our express written consent. We are entitled to require that guests execute a guest release before any tickets or travel documents are released.

Winners must have a SkipTheDishes account to use Skip gift cards. Create a SkipTheDishes account for free at www.skipthedishes.com. Skip gift cards are subject to our Terms of Service. For Consumer Entrants and Restaurant Entrants, the chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible Order Entries, Mail-in Entries, and Restaurant Mail-in Entries that we receive. For Courier Entrants, the chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible Courier Entries we receive. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted by Winners, but we reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. In no event will more than one (1) Consumer Winner, one (1) Restaurant Winner, or one (1) Courier Winner be named, nor will more than three (3) prizes be awarded.

  13. Important Additional Terms and Limitations of Liability. Certain provisions of the terms referred to below may not apply to consumers residing in Quebec, solely to the extent they are inoperative with respect to consumers under the laws of Quebec.  By entering the Contest, you agree to these rules, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO SECTIONS 9, 10, AND 12 OF PART I OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH LIMIT OUR LIABILITY AND REQUIRE THAT ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN US BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT BY CLASS PROCEEDINGS OR OTHER COURT PROCESS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THOSE TERMS APPLY TO THIS CONTEST. You also represent to SkipTheDishes that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in these rules. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (including a selected entrant or a Winner) and revoke their prize for fraud, submission of offensive or illegal content or any other content referred to in Part I, paragraph 6(d)(i), clauses 1 through 10 of our Terms of Service, or for otherwise violating these rules, our Terms of Service, or any other agreement between us and that entrant. Automated entries are prohibited, and we reserve the right to void them. For Quebec consumers, this Contest is governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. For all other persons, this Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. In the event of a discrepancy or ambiguity between the English and French versions of these rules that cannot be reconciled, the French version of these terms will prevail for Quebec consumers, and the English version of these rules will prevail for all other persons. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel this Contest for any reason, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux where required.

  14. Errors and Malfunctions. Neither SkipTheDishes nor any of our affiliates (collectively “Just Eat Takeaway.com” or “JET”) are responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any Internet connection, computer systems, networks, servers, software, hardware, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, nor for any delays or disruptions or anything else that prevents us from receiving an Entry within the time period required by these rules. JET is not liable to any person for any loss whatsoever (including but not limited to any failure to receive a prize) which results wholly or in part from any erroneous or misleading contact or identity information provided to us in a SkipTheDishes account or an Entry or from any purported transfer of or change made to a SkipTheDishes account. You must comply with our Terms of Service and take adequate precautions to preserve the security of your account at all times.

  15. Quebec residents only. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

  16. Third Party Release. This Contest is in no way conducted, sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the NHL Entities or any social media service on which it may be promoted, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Snapchat. By entering this Contest, you completely release the NHL Entities, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snap Inc. (solely if and to the extent that this Contest is promoted on such platforms) from all claims based on, relating to, or arising from this Contest and any other liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest.

We reserve the right to reject email submissions that contain any information or any attachments not required by this paragraph. Each photographed or scanned form received by us during the Contest Period in compliance with the requirements of this paragraph and the rest of these rules constitutes an “Email Entry”.

By entering, you consent to that use.

Order Entries and Email Entries may be collectively referred to in these rules as “Entries”.

  4. Entry Limit. Limit three (3) Entries per person per day, regardless of entry method used. After the first three (3) Entries have been received by us in a day from a person, any subsequent entries within that day from the same person are subject to disqualification by us, without notice. We reserve the right to further disqualify any Entries from any person who exceeds the Entry limit, if we determine that it is necessary to do so to enforce the Entry limit (for example, to stop entrants who try to evade the measures we use to detect Entry limit violations, or to disqualify entrants who spam us with large volumes of Email Entries).

  5. Contest Period. The contest is open from February 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) until February 28, 2022 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). Order Entries must be received by us during the Contest Period and must be placed for delivery or pick-up during the Contest Period. SkipTheDishes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Order Entries if the associated order is cancelled. Email Entries must be received by us during the Contest Period.

  6. Selection of Winners. On March 1, 2022, we will randomly draw ten (10) Entries. We will contact the person who submitted that Entry (a “Selected Entrant”) at the email address indicated in their SkipTheDishes account (for Order Entries) or in their Email Entry form (for Email Entries) and ask them to solve a mathematical skill-testing question. In addition, Selected Entrants will be required to return a completed declaration of eligibility including a liability and publicity release (a “Declaration and Release”) before being declared a Winner. For each Selected Entrant, if the Selected Entrant successfully solves the question, has returned the completed Declaration and Release, and has complied with these rules, we will declare them a winner (a “Winner”). If we do not receive a response from a particular Selected Entrant including a correct answer to the skill-testing question and a Declaration and Release within two (2) Business Days from our first attempt at contacting them, we may void that Selected Entrant’s entry and draw a new one, repeating this process as needed until we have declared ten (10) Winners in accordance with this paragraph.

  7. Prizes. Each Winner will receive a prize consisting of (a) a pair of tickets to the 2022 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton, Ontario on March 13, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. (approximate retail value $600 per pair), (b) $250 in Skip Credits, (c) round-trip ground transportation (or, at our sole discretion, air and ground transportation) for two (2) persons from a location near the Winner’s residence within Ontario to Tim Hortons Field for the game day (approximate retail value will vary depending on Winner’s place of residence - see chart below), and (d) standard hotel accommodation for two nights (one room, double occupancy) with check-in on March 12, 2022 and check-out on March 14, 2022, to be arranged by Skip (approximate retail value $271).

The approximate retail value of the transportation component of the prize, and the resulting total approximate retail value of the prize, will vary depending on the Winner’s place of residence. The following table provides examples of how transportation value may vary. Actual transportation value may differ from that given in the table below.

    * For illustration purposes only. Skip reserves the right to select the transportation method in its sole discretion.

The Winner will be required to consent to us providing their personal information to the NHL, transportation service providers, or other service providers as required for the purpose of prize delivery. Winners are subject to and must comply with all applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and requirements of the event venue, transportation providers, and other service providers involved in providing the prize, including but not limited to (i) applicable health and safety requirements and COVID-19 procedures, such as masking and vaccination requirements, (ii) additional fees for certain services and restrictions on changes or cancellations, and (iii) requirements to provide government-issued identification and/or proof of vaccination. We reserve the right to void Entries, cancel awarded prizes, and re-draw new Entries if we reasonably determine that a Winner or their guest is unable to or does not intend to comply with any such requirements. For clarity, Winners and their guests are subject to the service provider’s policies regarding reasonable accommodation in respect of health and safety requirements and other service provider requirements. Winners must have a SkipTheDishes account to use Skip Credits. Create a SkipTheDishes account for free at www.skipthedishes.com. Skip Credits are subject to our Terms of Service. For each Entry, the chances that the Entry will become a winning Entry depend on the total number of eligible Entries that we receive during the Contest Period. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted by Winners, but we reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. In no event will more than ten (10) Winners be declared or will more than ten (10) prizes be issued.

  8. Important Additional Terms and Limitations of Liability. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (including a Selected Entrant or a Winner) and revoke their prize for fraud, submission of offensive or illegal content or any other content referred to in Part I, paragraph 6(d)(i), clauses 1 through 10 of our Terms of Service, or for otherwise violating these rules or our Terms of Service. Automated entries are prohibited, and we reserve the right to void them. This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
